    • CFO experience in number of successful companies in the areas of consumer goods production, education, construction, IT services and others;
    • Helped startups to make their first (and second) steps into life as a consultant;
    • Co-founder in several business initiatives;
    • Gained wealth of multicultural experience working in many counries including South Africa, Belarus, UK, Switzerland and more.

    • Holds PHD in economics and wealth of experience in building comprehencive dashboards using Power BI;
    • Built his models for retail and service companies, construction, and other areas.
  • Alexander Babuk

    • Over 20 years of experience in finance education and management consulting;
    • Three years working as Head of financial consulting unit for Deloitte participating as a team leader/project manager/key expert for variety of private and public sector clients in Ukraine and Belarus;
    • Most of the projects were aimed to implement new or increase efficiency in existing business processes to transform client’s financial function;
    • Specialises in IFRS implementation and automatization, feasibility study and financial and operational performance improvement for the last 12 years.

    • Led global initiatives to automate accounting processes, optimize cash flow and other financial KPIs, delivering measurable value to shareholders and enhanced financial reporting accuracy.
    • Directed accounting transformations for large and small-scale businesses, implementing Core ERP and Edge systems and standardizing processes across regions.
    • Extensive international experience across North America, Europe, CIS, and APAC, adapting to diverse regulatory and operational environments.

    • Venture capital professional and well-known business angel in Baltic countries.
    • Co-founder of two business angel associations: LitBAN (Lithuania) and Angels Band, and Board Chairman at LatBAN (Latvia); actively participates in several CEE angel investor communities, focusing on early-stage technology startups founded by entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe.
    • Knows exactly what potential investors look at when deciding to give the green light to support an investment round.
    • Personally invested in over 20 startups, mostly at the pre-seed and seed stages.
